At BBN Beauty Essentials, we are committed to getting your beauty products to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order so you know exactly what to expect.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully confirmed.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays
  • Orders placed on Friday after 5:00 PM EST, Saturday, or Sunday will begin processing on the following Monday
  • During peak seasons (holidays, sales events, and promotional periods), processing may take up to 5 business days
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched

Please Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Your total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.


2. Shipping Destinations

BBN Beauty Essentials currently ships to the following destinations:

If your country is not listed at checkout, unfortunately we are unable to ship to your location at this time. We are constantly expanding our shipping destinations, so please check back or contact us at bbnbeautyessentials@gmail.com for updates.

Important: All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.


4. Shipping Carriers

We ship using the following trusted carriers depending on your location and selected shipping method:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL (for international orders)
  • Other regional carriers as applicable

The carrier assigned to your order will be shown in your shipping confirmation email.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • The name of the carrier handling your shipment
  • A direct link to track your package

Please Note: Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier's system after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking number shows no movement after 48 hours, please contact us.


6. Split Shipments

Because BBN Beauty Essentials works with multiple fulfillment partners and suppliers, some orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages from different locations.

  • Each package will have its own tracking number
  • You will be notified by email for each shipment
  • Packages in the same order may arrive on different days — this is completely normal

7. Shipping Address

You are solely responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • BBN Beauty Essentials is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • If you realize you have entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at bbnbeautyessentials@gmail.com — we can only update your address if your order has not yet been processed for shipping
  • Re-shipment fees may apply if an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

9Lost Packages: If your tracking shows that your package has not moved or been updated for an extended period of time, please contact us at bbnbeautyessentials@gmail.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

Stolen Packages: BBN Beauty Essentials is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but subsequently reported as stolen. We recommend:

  • Requiring a signature upon delivery for high-value orders
  • Tracking your delivery closely and arranging to be home on the delivery date
  • Filing a report with your local law enforcement if theft is suspected

If your package is confirmed delivered but you have not received it, please first:

  1. Check all entry points of your home and with neighbors
  2. Check with other members of your household
  3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
  4. If still unresolved, contact us at bbnbeautyessentials@gmail.com

9. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please take the following steps within 48 hours of delivery:

  1. Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and the damaged product(s)
  2. Email us at bbnbeautyessentials@gmail.com with your order number and photos
  3. Do not discard the packaging — it may be needed for a carrier claim

We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


10. International Shipping — Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, please be aware of the following:

  • Customs fees and import duties may be charged by your country's customs authority upon arrival of your package
  • These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees
  • BBN Beauty Essentials has no control over customs processing times, which can add significant delays to international deliveries
  • Some countries may restrict or prohibit the import of certain beauty or cosmetic products — please check your local regulations before ordering
  • By placing an international order, you confirm that the products you have ordered are permitted to be imported into your country

Please Note: If a package is refused at customs or abandoned by the customer, BBN Beauty Essentials is not responsible for any loss, and a refund will not be issued.


11. Holiday and Peak Season Shipping

During peak periods including but not limited to:

  • Thanksgiving and Black Friday
  • Christmas and Holiday Season (November – January)
  • Valentine's Day
  • Mother's Day

Shipping carriers experience significantly higher volumes which can cause delays beyond our estimated timeframes. We strongly recommend ordering early during these periods to ensure timely delivery. BBN Beauty Essentials is not liable for carrier delays during peak seasons.
